GetLanpartyDKlist.vbs -> goes to the Script folder.
LanpartyDK.ini -> to the Config folder.

Please remember to keep the refresh rate high, 
and to use the Cache function before calling the other functions.
Too minimize the bandwidth cost for our server. :)
